365 Days of Becoming

Same song.
A deeper you.
Your way.

Play one song a day for a year. Let your body move however it wants. Then write down what you noticed. That is the whole practice — and a year of it will show you things about yourself that a year of thinking never will.

365 Days of Becoming — a year of movement, curiosity and self-discovery

The practice

Four things. That is all of it.

It takes as long as your song does. There is nothing to perform, nobody watching, and no way to do it wrong.

  1. 01

    Choose your song

One song that means something to you. Fun, fierce, healing, sad — there is no right answer, and you will not be graded on your taste.

  2. 02

    Play it every day

Once a day, for a year. Give your body permission to move however it wants. Dance, sway, stretch, sing, cry, rest, or just listen. It all counts.

  3. 03

    Notice what happened

Seven short prompts, answered in your own words. What your body did. What surfaced. What was different from yesterday.

  4. 04

    Watch a year add up

Every day you show up fills in a Krystal on your 365. Miss one? Fill it in later. The tracker is there to encourage you, not to catch you out.

The reflection

Seven questions, asked kindly.

You answer as many as you want. One line is a check-in. They are the same questions every day on purpose — the point is not the answer, it is watching the answer change over a year.

Nothing you write is summarised, scored, or rewritten. It stays in your words, where you left it.

  • Before the song

Where did I notice tension, openness, heaviness, energy, numbness?

  • During the song

Did I lead the movement, or did my body begin leading me?

  • Emotion

Joy, awkwardness, freedom, grief, confidence, playfulness, nothing at all?

  • One sentence

    Today, my body told me…

  • …and three more, every day.

Who made this

Krystalore Crews

Twenty-two years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. Twenty-eight marathons and a fifty-mile ultra. An executive performance and wellness coach who built her life on one standard: show up, do the work, and never trade your health for success.

365 Days of Becoming came out of a question she kept running into with the leaders she coaches — people who can execute anything except stopping long enough to notice how they actually feel. It is also the ground for her doctoral research, which you can choose to be part of or not. That choice is yours and it changes nothing about your access.
